COACH JORDAN DOCKERY

Coach Jordan began wrestling at 8 years old. He was a folkstyle state champion by 10.  He was team captain for Bryan High Wrestling. Jordan was a 2X District Champion, 3X Regional Qualifier and State Qualifier for BHS. He continued to participate in wrestling and MMA passing on his knowledge to help others learn.  Jordan and his wife Beryl have two children, Stetsen and Brooklyn.  Both his children are currently active with Legacy Wrestling Club.  Coach Jordan is excited to pass on his love of youth wrestling as his passion for this sport began at a young age.

COACH DJ DOCKERY

DJ Dockery was born and raised here in B/CS.. He began wrestling as a freshman in high school at Bryan High School, which was the first year of the program for the Vikings.  He was a four-year varsity starter and a Team Captain.  DJ was 2X District Champion, 4X Regional Placer, and 3X State Qualifier. He won the Doc Hess Invitational Tournament (Viking Invitational previously) his senior year.  During high school, he competed across the state at Freestyle and Greco Roman wrestling tournaments. He was a placer in Greco Roman and placed 2nd in freestyle at the Texas State Tournament.  He wrestled in college at Missouri Valley College.  Since returning home from college, DJ has been an active volunteer for Texas USA Wrestling by officiating at tournaments and coaching at the youth level here in Bryan/College Station.  He is the current director of the Texas USA Wrestling South Region.  Coach DJ and his wife Katie have two children Katelynn and Andrew who both compete in Folkstyle, Freestyle and Greco Roman Wrestling for Legacy.
